Mandarim Records

Mostly known for their collection of compilations "Jazz Masters: 100 ans de jazz" (or "100 anos de swing"), stated as "The Folio Collection".
They appear to obtain licensing from a German company Cascade gmbh, and possibly as well from Folio ediciones (possibly explaining their link to Spain and their somewhat "strange" collection subtitle).
On some issues, a cryptic e.f.s.a. mention appeared, which certainly decodes to "ediciones folio S.A."

Have been spotted in France as being distributed by "Atlas", a budget company selling low prices collections of all sort of stuff in magazine stores, bundled with some sort of "magazine leaflet".

Was unable to locate a website.
Note that the Folio/Jazz Masters collection has been in the past (and is still) quite hard to dig out informations about - usually, the only way is to dig a back sleeve scan.
The very name of this collection makes this task tougher of course - it should not be confused with stuff from "Jazz Masters" (a label), the Verve's "Masters of Jazz", the Storyville collection by that name, the EMI Jazz Masters, or the (extremely hard to find) Russian Grand Records' Jazzmasters, or finally the Jazz Masters from Delta Entertainment (US).
