United Recorders (@ 6050 Sunset Blvd., part of United Western Recorders studio complex 1957–1985)

the complex at 6000 & 6050 Sunset Blvd. was renamed as Ocean Way Recording in 1985, after original studio owner Bill Putnam sold it to Allen Sides. but in 1999, the original Western Recorders facility at 6000 Sunset Blvd. was sold to Cello Recording Studios (now EastWest Studios) and Sides retained the building next door (United Recorders) at 6050 Sunset Blvd.
