Bolero

~ Recording by New York Philharmonic, Leonard Bernstein

Annotation

The credits to Bernstein / NYP on these Sony compilations are probably in error. The recording is actually a good match for the 1975 Bernstein / ONF recording recording:d64a3cbc-3440-4c6f-9632-fa03a745dea0 which is generally to be found sharing a release with the Bernstein / NYP recordings of other works by Ravel. FWIW, it also has the fingerprint of that recording.

There is an earlier Bernstein / NYP of Bolero listed on http://leonardbernstein.com, from 1958. That is not currently represented in MBz, but it seems to be substantially shorted than this one, about 14:0? minutes.
