101 (mispressed 1st edition)

~ Release by Depeche Mode (see all versions of this release, 18 available)

Annotation

This is the first pressing of the SACD version of the album which was mispressed.
According to depmod.com who cite different sources there are errors on tracks 3, 4 and 5 and the multi-channel playback does not work on these tracks.
They do not mention any errors on disc 2.

However, this release was originally added in edit/77157014 with the intention to split the last track on disc 2 into "Everything Counts" and "Pimpf (full version)".
The presence and metadata of this fingerprint indicate that there are indeed versions of 101 on which these tracks are separated.
This may be the case on this mispressed version and/or on any other release. Unfortunately, none of the available sources make this absolutely clear.
Wiki implies that "Pimpf (full version)" is included as a 12th track on the multi-channel SACD only. However, they do not explicitly say anything about the other 2 layers: it might either not be there at all, or included as track 11b or also as a 12th track as on the SACD layer.

The corrected 2nd pressing includes "Pimpf (full version)" as a hidden track 11b on all layers which is confirmed by the attached DiscID at least for the CD layer.
