Test pressing, with white labels. Labels on side A and C stamped with "Twelfth Night A" - "Twelfth Night C" other labels completely white. Vinyls came in regular inner sleeves plus an LP-sized, colour-print from the original artwork (showing the spine of the artwork on the left side).
