Annotation

All tracks recorded at the Philharmonie, Berlin, the Symphony No. 4 in Dec 1976, the Symphony No. 5 in Sep-Oct 1976.
They were originally released on EMI as two separate LPs, the Symphony No. 4 in 1978, and the Symphony No. 5 in 1977.
Compiled into one LP with the current track listing and digitally remastered in 1985.
