Annotation

The 2005 reissue marking the 40th Anniversary of this beloved film classic. This special French edition features the original soundtrack (restored to the original sequence of songs as they play in the film). These songs are augmented with bonus interviews with director Robert Wise, composer Richard Rodgers and actor Charmaine Carr, who played Liesl. The second disc of this special set has the remastered original translated French soundtrack that played in French territories under the title "La Mélodie du Bonheur".
